B2B Sales Executive – Corporate Gifting

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and commercially driven Sales Executive to develop and grow the corporate and institutional gifting business for a luxury scent brand in Dubai. The role focuses on prospecting, networking and converting opportunities into revenue across corporate, hospitality, government and event sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate new B2B gifting opportunities and build a pipeline of corporate, hotel, government, wedding and event clients.
• Conduct outbound prospecting via calls, email, LinkedIn, networking events and industry contacts.
• Prepare quotations and proposals, negotiate and close deals within commercial parameters.
• Hand over confirmed orders to internal teams and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Develop pipelines around key gifting periods such as Ramadan, Eid and year‑end, and nurture repeat business.

Required profile

• 2–5+ years of B2B sales or business development experience, preferably in gifting, luxury, hospitality, events, fragrance, beauty or premium FMCG.
• Proven ability to generate new business rather than only manage existing accounts.
• Strong prospecting, cold‑outreach and relationship‑building skills.
• Target‑driven, commercially motivated and comfortable working independently.
• Valid UAE driving licence.

• Experience with outbound sales techniques (calls, email, LinkedIn).
• Ability to prepare proposals, negotiate and close deals.
