B2B Sales & Marketing Executive – Water Solutions

About the role

GEES is expanding its local B2B sales and marketing team for atmospheric water generators and RO filtration systems. The role is field‑based, covering the Sharjah market and targeting hospitality, corporate, fitness and facilities sectors. You will drive new business and manage marketing activities to build a strong pipeline of qualified leads.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, approach and develop new B2B accounts in hospitality, corporate, fitness and facilities‑management sectors.
• Present and demonstrate air‑to‑water machines and RO filtration systems on‑site.
• Build and manage a sales pipeline, consistently meeting monthly and quarterly targets.
• Negotiate commercial terms and close sales, service and rental/lease agreements.
• Plan and execute local marketing activities such as site visits, trade events and digital outreach.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to drive renewals, upsells and referrals.
• Coordinate with operations for installation, delivery and after‑sales service scheduling.
• Keep accurate records of leads, quotations and sales activity, and monitor competitor activity and market trends.

Required profile

• Available for full‑time employment.
• Own vehicle and a valid UAE driving licence (mandatory for field work).
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and comfortable with a retainer‑plus‑commission structure.
• Prior B2B sales/marketing experience or an established network in hospitality or facilities management.
• Good spoken and written English; Arabic is a plus.
