Badge Officer

About the role

We are looking for a Badge Officer to join Technip Energies in Abu Dhabi. Reporting to the Head of Department, you will manage the full lifecycle of employee, contractor, visitor and vendor access badges, ensuring secure and compliant entry to all project sites.

Key responsibilities

• Issue, activate, deactivate and renew ID badges in line with approved access levels.
• Maintain a comprehensive register of all active, expired, lost or returned badges.
• Coordinate badge requirements with HR, Administration and Security teams for onboarding and off‑boarding.
• Assign and adjust access privileges based on role, department and site security policies.
• Monitor access logs, report irregularities and support troubleshooting of badge or access issues.
• Ensure compliance with company, client (e.g., ADNOC) and local authority security protocols.
• Assist during audits by providing accurate badge and access data.
• Communicate badge policy changes and act as the primary point of contact for badge‑related queries.
• Prepare regular reports on badge statistics and access activities while maintaining confidentiality.

Required profile

• High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills.
• Experience working with security or access control processes is preferred.

• Proficiency with access control systems and related software.
