About the role
The BandF Service Expert joins the Guest Service team at W Hotels in Dubai, delivering memorable food and beverage experiences. You will work on the floor, ensuring guests receive attentive service from the moment they are seated until they leave.
Key responsibilities
- Set and arrange tables, ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Communicate orders accurately with the kitchen and coordinate service flow.
- Interact with guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, and handle payments.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas, tables, and service stations.
- Read and verify menu information, answer guest queries, and suggest items.
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lb unaided (50 lb with assistance), reaching overhead, and moving on varied surfaces.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than one year of related food‑and‑beverage experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods.
- Willingness to follow safety, quality, and uniform standards.
