About the role
The Guest Service Support Expert ensures food‑and‑beverage operations run smoothly at W Hotels Dubai. You will assist with table setup, kitchen support, cleaning and supply replenishment while maintaining a safe and professional environment.
Key responsibilities
- Set tables, assist kitchen staff and clean work areas to keep service areas ready for guests.
- Replenish supplies, move, lift and carry items up to 25 lb unaided (50 lb with assistance) and handle objects overhead or below knee level.
- Follow company policies, uphold quality standards and maintain a professional appearance and communication.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior experience required; previous food‑and‑beverage experience is a plus.
- Ability to stand, walk and move on uneven or slippery surfaces for extended periods.
