Painter Technician – Engineering at Jumeirah Living

About the role

The Engineering department at Jumeirah Living World Trade Centre is seeking a Technician specialized in painting to join its team. You will be responsible for completing work orders, preventive maintenance and corrective tasks while ensuring high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Complete Work Orders, Preventive Planned Maintenance (PPMs) and Corrective Work Authorizations (CWAs) as assigned.
• Carry out maintenance, repair and troubleshooting activities as directed.
• Ensure tasks are completed efficiently and meet established quality standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within a hospitality environment.
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with Front Office, Security, Food & Beverage and Housekeeping.
• Proven ability to follow up on tasks and ensure timely completion.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with AutoCAD.
• Familiarity with Oracle systems.
