Banquet Bartender – Luxury Hotel

About the role

As a Bartender – Banquets at DELANO Dubai you will create premium beverage experiences for banquets, private functions and special events. You will combine creativity, technical expertise and a passion for hospitality to deliver personalised service that reflects the luxury of the brand.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, mix, garnish and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non‑alcoholic drinks, following established recipes and event specifications.
• Engage with guests, anticipate preferences and provide attentive, personalised service throughout events.
• Set up and organise banquet bar stations before events and break them down afterwards, ensuring all supplies and equipment are ready.
• Collaborate with banquet supervisors, service teams and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely beverage service.
• Monitor stock levels, maintain accurate inventory records and support efficient replenishment while minimising waste.

Required profile

• Previous bartending experience in a luxury hotel, high‑end restaurant, premium bar or upscale events environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage naturally with guests and deliver discreet, personalised service.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and work collaboratively with a team.

Required skills

• Solid knowledge of spirits, wines, cocktails and contemporary beverage trends.
• Proficiency in preparing drinks consistently and confidently, following recipes and presentation standards.
• Familiarity with banquet operations, bar equipment, inventory procedures and hygiene standards.
