About the role

Our Banquet Service Experts create memorable dining experiences for guests at W Hotels. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality food and beverage service during banquet events, ensuring every detail contributes to a unique and enjoyable stay.

Key responsibilities

Set up and arrange banquet tables, chairs, and service stations according to event specifications.
Communicate orders and special requests between the dining floor and the kitchen.
Serve guests promptly, answer questions, and attend to their needs throughout the event.
Maintain cleanliness of work areas, replenish supplies, and ensure all equipment is ready for service.
Handle menu verification, read and confirm guest selections, and assist with any menu changes.
Perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving items up to 25 lb unaided (50 lb with assistance).

Required profile

High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Less than one year of related food‑and‑beverage experience.
No prior supervisory experience required.
No specific license or certification needed.
