Banquet Supervisor

About the role

Four Seasons Dubai at Jumeirah Beach is looking for a Banquet Supervisor to supervise and coordinate banquet operations for meetings, conferences, weddings and special events. The role leads and supports the banquet team and acts as the main point of contact during events.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate banquet operations to ensure flawless execution of meetings, conferences, weddings and special events.
• Lead, motivate and support the banquet team to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
• Oversee event setup and breakdown so that all requirements and brand standards are met.
• Act as the primary point of contact during events, resolving guest requests and operational challenges efficiently.
• Monitor service quality and maintain exceptional standards throughout all functions.
• Support the onboarding, training and development of banquet team members.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and company policies at all times.

Required profile

• Previous experience in banquet operations, food and beverage or hospitality, ideally in a supervisory capacity.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a strong advantage.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-focused approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
