Bar Server – Abu Dhabi EDITION

About the role

The Edition Hotel in Abu Dhabi is seeking an enthusiastic Bar Server to join its Food & Beverage team. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality service to guests in a luxury hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages, set tables according to event type and service standards.
• Answer menu questions, communicate with the kitchen about orders, allergies, dietary needs and product availability.
• Record transactions in the MICROS system, present accurate checks and process payments.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, china, glassware and complete closing duties such as restocking and turning off lights.
• Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, and follow all safety, security and company policies.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least 1 year of relevant food‑and‑beverage experience.
• Ability to stand, walk or sit for extended periods and lift objects up to 25 lb unaided (heavier with assistance).
• Strong communication skills, professional language and a customer‑focused attitude.
