About the role
Caribou Coffee UAE is looking for enthusiastic and energetic Baristas to join its Abu Dhabi café team. The position is ideal for individuals who love coffee, enjoy delivering excellent customer service, and thrive in a fast‑paced, friendly environment.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, beverages and menu items.
- Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming café experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the work area.
- Handle customer orders and process transactions accurately.
- Follow food‑safety and company service standards.
- Collaborate with team members to support daily café operations.
Required profile
- Passion for coffee and outstanding customer experiences.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Positive, energetic and team‑oriented attitude.
- Abu Dhabi‑based candidates are preferred.
- Knowledge of coffee preparation, beverage service, hospitality standards, food safety, cleanliness and café operations.
