About the role

The Barista will deliver high‑quality coffee beverages to hotel guests, ensuring a personalized and memorable experience. You will work in a fast‑paced environment, maintaining cleanliness and adhering to health and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare espresso, cappuccino, latte, and specialty drinks following recipes and quality standards.
• Provide friendly, efficient service, take orders accurately, and make menu recommendations.
• Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, milk frothers, and related equipment safely.
• Handle cash and electronic payments, process transactions, and keep the cash register area organized.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the coffee preparation area in line with health regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies, and communicate needs to management.
• Collaborate with kitchen and dining staff to ensure seamless guest service.
• Suggest additional menu items or promotions to increase sales.
