About the role
We are seeking a passionate Barista to join our Accor hotel in Dubai. The successful candidate will craft high-quality coffee and espresso beverages while delivering friendly, efficient service to guests.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and espresso drinks following company standards.
- Demonstrate expertise in coffee brewing techniques and understand the flavor profiles of different beans.
- Operate espresso machines and related equipment safely and efficiently.
- Take customer orders, process them quickly, and ensure accurate delivery.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked work area throughout the shift.
Required profile
- Proven knowledge of coffee brewing methods and bean characteristics.
- Experience operating espresso machines and other coffee equipment.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to excellent customer service.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
