About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail‑oriented Barista to join our dynamic café team in Dubai. Reporting to the Coffee Shop Supervisor, you will be at the heart of our café operations, delivering exceptional service and crafting high‑quality beverages that delight our guests.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver professional, friendly, and engaging service to create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Prepare and sell specialty coffee drinks and teas following prescribed recipes.
• Handle end‑to‑end customer orders with accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain inventory of coffee beans, brewing equipment, and baked goods.
• Operate and maintain coffee equipment, perform basic troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and healthy work environment in line with UAE health and safety regulations.
• Continuously improve service quality by evaluating processes and proposing innovations.
• Stay updated on coffee trends through training and industry research.

Required profile

• Excellent English communication skills and ability to engage customers.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and professionalism under pressure.
• Reliable, punctual with a proven attendance record.
• Detail‑oriented with high standards in beverage preparation.
• Retail or food‑and‑beverage experience is an asset.
• Ability to work efficiently during busy shifts while maintaining quality.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• High school diploma or equivalent and flexibility to work various shifts.
