Barista – Luxury Hotel

About the role

The Barista will work in the coffee station of Fairmont Bab Al Bahr, a five‑star beachfront hotel in Abu Dhabi. You will deliver high‑quality coffee and beverage service while maintaining a clean, efficient, and welcoming environment for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare espresso‑based drinks, teas, juices, smoothies and specialty beverages according to established recipes.
• Operate espresso machines, coffee grinders, blenders and other beverage equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain the coffee station’s cleanliness, presentation, and stock levels throughout service.
• Take orders accurately, recommend drinks based on guest preferences, and ensure timely delivery.
• Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally, escalating when necessary.
• Ensure consistent quality, temperature, portion control and presentation of all beverages.
