About the role
As a Bartender at Aelia, you will create exceptional beverage experiences while delivering outstanding guest service in a luxury hospitality setting.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non‑alcoholic drinks.
- Maintain high standards of presentation and cleanliness.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and food safety regulations.
Required profile
- Previous experience as a bartender in a high‑volume restaurant, bar or luxury hospitality environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a guest‑focused mindset.
Required skills
- Strong knowledge of beverages and cocktail preparation.
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced team.
