About the role
We are seeking a passionate hospitality leader to manage La Sirène, our premium Lebanese restaurant with stunning views of the Burj Al Arab. As the Outlet Manager you will drive exceptional guest experiences, operational excellence, and commercial success.
Key responsibilities
- Inspire and coach a high‑performing team, conducting regular performance reviews and development conversations.
- Ensure smooth daily operations across all service periods, maintaining brand standards, hygiene, HACCP compliance and health & safety procedures.
- Deliver memorable dining experiences, build genuine guest relationships and resolve concerns with empathy.
- Achieve revenue, profitability and cost targets through promotions, upselling and performance analysis.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in premium restaurant management.
- Strong commercial awareness with a proven track record of meeting revenue and profitability goals.
- Passion for coaching, developing and motivating staff.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
Required skills
- HACCP and food safety knowledge.
- Team management and budgeting experience.
- Operational discipline with strong attention to detail.
