About the role
Join the iconic St. Regis Downtown Dubai as a Bartender, where you will create memorable beverage experiences for discerning guests. This full‑time, on‑site role blends classic mixology with a focus on emerging trends and personalized service.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide range of drinks, ensuring quality, presentation, and consistency.
- Stay informed about new cocktail trends, micro‑local offerings, and guest preferences.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area.
- Engage with guests, anticipate their needs, and deliver exceptional service beyond the bar.
- Handle cash and transactions accurately, adhering to company policies.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of relevant bartending experience.
- Ability to work on feet for extended periods and lift objects up to 25 lb.
