About the role

We are seeking confident, polished, and guest‑focused Hostesses to join our restaurant team in Dubai. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth seating experience.

Key responsibilities

• Warmly welcome and professionally greet guests upon arrival.
• Manage guest seating, reservations, and table assignments efficiently.
• Maintain a welcoming and organized reception area.
• Provide accurate information about the restaurant, menu, services, and promotions.
• Coordinate closely with waitstaff, supervisors, kitchen, and management.
• Monitor guest flow and assist in maintaining smooth restaurant operations.
• Handle guest requests and concerns with professionalism and courtesy.

Required profile

• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Previous hostess, front‑of‑house, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, friendly, and professional personality with a polished appearance.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast‑paced environment.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
