About the role
The Bartender role at Sheraton Hotels & Resorts focuses on creating memorable guest experiences through high‑quality food and beverage service. As a Guest Service Expert, you will contribute to a safe, welcoming environment while delivering attentive service.
Key responsibilities
- Set tables, communicate with the kitchen, and serve guests efficiently.
- Interact with guests, take orders, and ensure timely delivery of drinks.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including cleaning work surfaces and supplies.
- Move, lift, carry, and place objects up to 25 lb unaided (50 lb with assistance) and handle inventory as needed.
- Follow company policies, health and safety standards, and uphold uniform and appearance standards.
Required profile
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of related food‑and‑beverage experience.
- Ability to work on feet for extended periods and perform physical tasks.
- No supervisory experience or specific licenses required.
