About the role
A new La Petite Maison restaurant is opening on a beachfront location in Dubai, and it is looking for a bartender. As bartender you make the drinks and look after the guests sitting at the bar, working with speed and care to make the bar one of the best in the restaurant.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare cocktails and drinks to recipe and standard
- Look after guests at the bar
- Set up, stock and close the bar properly
- Keep the bar clean and well presented
- Handle transactions accurately
- Support the team during busy service
Required profile
- Bartending experience in a bar, restaurant or hotel
- Good cocktail and drinks knowledge
- Warm and confident with guests
- Fast and reliable when busy
- Fluent English
