About the role

Key responsibilities
- Prepare and serve drinks, staying current with trends and micro‑local offerings.
- Provide exceptional guest service, anticipating needs and ensuring a safe, welcoming environment.
- Maintain bar cleanliness, functionality, and accurate cash handling.
- Collaborate with hotel teams and community partners to enhance guest experiences.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of bartending or related food‑and‑beverage experience.
- Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 25 lb and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
Required skills
- Knowledge of drink preparation and service standards.
- Strong attention to detail and guest‑service orientation.
