About the role
Le Café LPM, a neighbourhood café in Dubai described as a place where the spirit of the French Riviera meets life in the city, is looking for a bartender. You will run the bar, craft drinks with precision and speed, create a welcoming atmosphere and make sure every guest feels they ordered the right thing. Morning shifts are part of the rhythm, including coffee and tea service.
Key responsibilities
- Craft drinks with precision and speed, covering spirits, cocktails, coffee and tea
- Keep the bar clean, stocked, compliant and ready during peak service
- Engage guests naturally and recommend drinks confidently
- Work in sync with the floor and kitchen, communicating and supporting throughout the shift
Required profile
- 1-2 years of experience as a bartender in an upscale or fine dining environment
- Awareness of local laws and regulations on alcohol service in the UAE
- English is a must; French or another European language is an advantage
