BDR Talent Programme – Dubai

About the role

The NextGen BDR Programme is a global, full‑time graduate program designed to develop future commercial leaders. Based in Dubai, you will learn the payments craft, engage with ambitious merchants and global brands, and create high‑intent opportunities for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Master Checkout.com’s products, the payments ecosystem and global trends to speak credibly with prospective merchants.
• Research strategic accounts, conduct detailed industry and stakeholder analysis to identify high‑value opportunities.
• Execute personalized outreach across phone, email, LinkedIn and other channels to open doors with decision‑makers.
• Maintain a consistent prospecting rhythm, generate qualified meetings and manage pipeline in Salesforce.
• Partner with sales, solutions engineering, underwriting, product and marketing to accelerate the sales cycle.
• Leverage AI, intent data, enrichment tools and analytics to improve research, personalization and territory planning.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or early‑career professional with strong commercial drive and resilience.
• Demonstrated ownership, ambition and ability to handle high‑volume outreach and rejection.
• Strong analytical ability and comfort working with data and numbers.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Interest in fintech, payments and technology, with a desire to build a long‑term commercial career.
