Beauty Consultant – Full Time (Emiratisation)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Beauty Consultant to join our Nars Boutique in the United Arab Emirates. In this full‑time position you will deliver exceptional service, use your makeup expertise and sales techniques to meet store targets, and ensure a welcoming environment for every guest.

Key responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and advise clients on product ranges that suit their needs.
• Demonstrate product usage, highlight benefits and drive sales through effective selling techniques.
• Maintain counter cleanliness, ensure stock is replenished and displayed according to brand guidelines.
• Handle new product launches, promotions and merchandising activities.
• Track daily sales, sell‑out targets and post‑launch performance, and prepare sales reports.
• Report stock shortages and follow receipt procedures to keep inventory accurate.
• Uphold high grooming standards and represent the brand professionally.

Required profile

• Previous experience in the beauty or cosmetics retail sector (2 years is a plus).
• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to assess client needs.
• Ability to meet or exceed sales targets and work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a polished personal appearance.
