Beauty Distribution Sales Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Beauty Distribution Sales Manager to drive retail and distribution sales for our exclusive beauty and wellness brands across the United Arab Emirates. Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will manage key B2B accounts, negotiate commercial terms and support brand growth through training and visual merchandising.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of international beauty and wellness brands, splitting time between retail visits and remote work.
• Set up and develop key B2B accounts, achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Build strong relationships with retail buyers, conduct store visits, and present new products and brand updates.
• Provide weekly business updates and collaborate with the Commercial Director on promotions and actions.
• Deliver in‑store and online brand training to support launches and new openings.
• Ensure visual displays follow brand guidelines and maintain optimal stock levels.
• Negotiate for better brand visibility, shelf space and marketing campaigns.
• Monitor partner inventory to avoid stockouts or overstocking.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of B2B sales and account management experience in beauty or related sectors.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a commission‑driven environment.
• Highly organized, personable and able to thrive under pressure in a start‑up setting.
• Comfortable managing pipelines, closing deals and reporting results.
