About the role

A Bell Attendant greets guests, assists with luggage, and ensures a smooth check‑in and check‑out experience. The role also involves providing information about hotel amenities and local attractions while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Key responsibilities

• Greeting guests upon arrival and providing excellent customer service.
• Assisting guests with luggage and escorting them to their rooms.
• Providing information about hotel amenities, services and local attractions.
• Handling transportation requests, including taxi and shuttle arrangements.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the lobby and entrance areas.
• Assisting with valet parking services when needed.
• Responding to guest inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Supervising the security of guests' property during transfers or storage.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift luggage of varying weights.
• Professional and courteous demeanor.
• Willingness to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Required skills

• Knowledge of local attractions, restaurants and transportation options.
• Experience with valet parking services.
• Excellent customer service skills.
