About the role
Mövenpick Resort Al Marjan Island, a 5-star resort in Ras Al Khaimah, is hiring a Bell Attendant. The role is about welcoming guests with a smile and helping them feel welcome as soon as they arrive, while respecting their belongings.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver guests' luggage, messages and other items to guests within the property in a timely way
- Guide guests to their rooms in a professional, friendly and engaging manner
- Stay present in the lobby as an ambassador of the property and brand, offering exceptional service to guests
Required profile
- At least 2 years of experience as a Bell Attendant in a Front Office setting
- Service-focused personality; customer-related experience is an asset
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and a professional presentation
- Ability to work cohesively with colleagues as part of a team
