Bell Attendant – Luxury Hotel (Dubai)

About the role

The Bell Attendant at Waldorf Astoria Dubai International Financial Centre provides a warm, personalised welcome and farewell for guests of this Forbes Five‑Star property. Acting as a key ambassador, you will ensure seamless arrival and departure experiences while upholding the True Waldorf Service philosophy.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests on arrival and bid them a gracious farewell.
• Handle, store, and deliver guest luggage and personal belongings promptly.
• Escort guests to their rooms and orient them to hotel facilities and in‑room amenities.
• Respond to guest enquiries and requests with timely follow‑up.
• Deliver mail, parcels and messages accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the lobby, entrance and luggage storage areas.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Concierge, Housekeeping, Security and other departments.
• Operate Front Office equipment and systems according to hotel policies.
• Adhere to health, safety and security procedures at all times.
