Bell Attendant – Luxury Hotel in Dubai

About the role

Join our prestigious hotel in the heart of Dubai as a Bell Attendant, providing a warm first impression and seamless luggage handling for discerning guests. You will be the face of the property, ensuring every arrival and departure is handled with professionalism and care.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests at the main entrance and assist with luggage, coats, and packages promptly.
• Open and close car and taxi doors for arriving and departing guests.
• Maintain a clean and tidy entrance, driveway, and lobby area.
• Escort guests to the Front Desk, wait during check‑in, and guide them to their rooms.
• Handle luggage storage, newspaper delivery, and coordinate with the Airport Concierge for transport.
• Keep the baggage room organized and document important matters in the Duty Log.
• Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar hospitality role.
• Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written) is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong customer‑service orientation.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, multicultural team.
• Physical fitness to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lb.
• Professional appearance and impeccable grooming standards.
