Bell Service Agent – Luxury Hotel

About the role

Join the InterContinental Dubai Marina team as a Bell Service Agent, providing a warm and professional first impression for guests arriving at this five‑star property. You will act as the hotel's ambassador, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and supported from arrival through departure.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests with a sincere welcome in English and, when possible, the local language.
• Assist with luggage handling, directions, and transportation coordination.
• Provide information about hotel facilities, services and local attractions.
• Collaborate closely with concierge, valet and front‑office teams to deliver seamless service.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to special requests or celebrations.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in a luxury hotel or guest‑facing role.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a natural ability to make guests feel welcome.
• Fluent in English; additional language proficiency is a plus.
