About the role

First impressions are everything at W Residences. As a Bellman, you will act as a Guest Arrival Expert, ensuring that every guest’s arrival and departure is memorable, smooth, and personalized.

Key responsibilities

Guide guests through arrival and departure experiences, providing a warm and professional welcome.
Process operational needs, address guest requests, complete reports and share local highlights.
Move, lift and carry objects up to 50 lb unaided and over 75 lb with assistance while remaining on your feet for extended periods.

Required profile

High school diploma or GED equivalent.
No prior related work experience required.
No supervisory experience required.
No specific license or certification required.
