Bellman – Guest Arrival Expert

About the role

First impressions are everything at W Residences. As a Bellman, you will act as a Guest Arrival Expert, ensuring that every guest’s arrival and departure is memorable, smooth, and personalized.

Key responsibilities

• Guide guests through arrival and departure experiences, providing a warm and professional welcome.
• Process operational needs, address guest requests, complete reports and share local highlights.
• Move, lift and carry objects up to 50 lb unaided and over 75 lb with assistance while remaining on your feet for extended periods.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• No prior related work experience required.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No specific license or certification required.
