Bellman – Guest Services & Luggage Assistant

About the role

As a Bellman you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a memorable arrival and departure experience for our guests. You will assist with luggage handling, transportation coordination, and provide information about resort amenities and local attractions.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
• Assist guests with luggage, ensuring safe and efficient transportation to their rooms.
• Provide information about resort facilities, services, and local attractions.
• Coordinate transportation services such as buggies or shuttles, ensuring timely and safe transfers.
• Escort guests to their rooms and explain room features and amenities.
• Maintain a neat and organized bell desk and lobby area.
• Assist with valet parking services as needed.
• Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a similar guest‑service role and fluent English.
• Good written and spoken English; additional languages (e.g., Russian, Spanish, German, Chinese) are a plus.
• Friendly, helpful attitude with a professional appearance.
• Knowledge of local attractions and ability to give personalized recommendations.
• Ability to work in a luxury hospitality environment and follow 25hours standards.
