Bellman – Luxury Hotel Porter

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Bellman to be the first point of contact for guests at Rixos Premium Dubai JBR, a luxury hotel delivering Turkish hospitality. The role involves welcoming guests, handling baggage, and supporting arrival and departure experiences while upholding the hotel’s high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests and residents with warmth, provide directions and recommendations for hotel facilities.
• Handle, store, and safeguard incoming and outgoing baggage with meticulous attention.
• Coordinate guest arrival and departure processes in collaboration with doormen and reception staff.
• Monitor valet parking, taxi queues, and hired‑car services according to established procedures.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and escalate security incidents or complaints to the Duty Manager.
• Maintain entrance and driveway operations in line with service standards and safety policies.
• Promote hotel sales and in‑house facilities to enhance the guest experience.
• Protect the confidentiality of guest and hotel information at all times.

Required skills

• Experience in porterage, baggage handling, or bell service in a hotel environment.
• Familiarity with valet parking and guest transportation coordination.
• Basic knowledge of hotel safety and security procedures.
