About the role
The Bellman at One&Only One Za'abeel provides a warm first impression for guests, handling luggage and personal belongings with precision and care. Acting as a brand ambassador, the Bellman ensures every interaction contributes to an unforgettable luxury resort experience.
Key responsibilities
- Receive, tag, and transport guest luggage and personal items efficiently.
- Welcome guests upon arrival, offering courteous assistance and information.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and front‑desk teams to deliver luggage to rooms promptly.
- Maintain the luggage storage area in a clean and organized condition.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a similar bellman or guest services role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Proactive attitude in assisting guests with enquiries and needs.
