Bellperson – Guest Services

About the role

We are seeking an energetic and friendly Bellperson to be the first and last point of contact for residents and guests at InterContinental Residences Abu Dhabi. You will create memorable first impressions through warm welcomes, attentive luggage handling, and personalized service.

Key responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests upon arrival and assist them during departure.
• Handle, transport, and store luggage safely and efficiently.
• Escort guests to their residences, introducing facilities and services.
• Load and unload luggage from vehicles.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Concierge, Housekeeping, Security and other departments.
• Assist with transportation arrangements, taxis, directions and general enquiries.
• Deliver messages, packages, newspapers, amenities and other items promptly.
• Maintain an organized and secure luggage storage area.
• Recognize returning residents, VIPs and regular guests to provide personalized welcomes.
• Support the team during busy periods, group movements and special events.
• Keep the entrance, lobby and bell desk clean, organized and welcoming.
• Follow all safety, security and hotel procedures.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Bellperson or Bell Attendant.
• Service‑oriented attitude with a friendly, energetic demeanor.
• Professional grooming and presentation standards.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple hotel departments.
