Beverage Quality Manager / Production Technologist

About the role

A full-time, mid-to-senior level Beverage Quality Manager / Beverage Production Technologist is sought to oversee beverage quality standards, optimise production processes and ensure consistent product quality across manufacturing operations. The role covers quality control procedures, beverage formulation and production efficiency, food safety compliance and technical solutions for product consistency and manufacturing performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality management procedures for beverage manufacturing and production.
• Oversee production processes so products meet quality, safety and regulatory standards.
• Monitor formulation, ingredient specifications, processing conditions and production consistency.
• Conduct quality inspections, laboratory testing and product evaluations.
• Investigate quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Maintain SOPs, quality control guidelines and production documentation.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, hygiene standards, HACCP and GMP.
• Collaborate with production, R&D, procurement and technical teams, and support product development and formulation adjustments.
• Analyse production data, quality reports and lab results, and lead quality audits and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in beverage manufacturing, food technology, quality assurance or production management.
• Currently residing in the UAE and legally authorised to work there; tourist and visit visa holders are not eligible.
• Must have a personal UAE bank account to receive salary payments.
• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering or a related field preferred.

Required skills

• Knowledge of HACCP, GMP and food safety standards.
• Experience with laboratory testing, quality inspections and technical documentation.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Leadership, communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Familiarity with QMS, production monitoring tools and laboratory equipment is an advantage; HACCP, ISO 22000 or food safety certifications are also an advantage.
