About the role
Innovations Global is seeking a Bid Proposal Analyst to lead the preparation and submission of bids for facilities management projects in Abu Dhabi. The role involves coordinating with subject‑matter experts, managing e‑tendering platforms, and ensuring high‑quality proposal documentation.
Required profile
- 3+ years of experience in bid management, bid support, proposal management or related roles.
- Background in facilities management with exposure to both hard FM and soft FM.
- Proven ability to prepare and submit bids, manage client portals and e‑tendering platforms.
- Strong proposal writing, editing, and coordination with cross‑functional teams.
- Excellent written and spoken English with high attention to detail.
