Bilingual Business Sales Manager – Construction

About the role

Plus Prime Building Contracting LLC (Building Doctors) is seeking a bilingual Business Sales Manager to drive new business and strengthen client relationships in the UAE construction market. The role is client‑facing, on‑site and focuses on selling technical construction solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, consultants and key decision‑makers.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations and technical discussions.
• Build and continuously expand a strong sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with technical and project teams to ensure successful client outcomes.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil, Chemical or Construction Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of proven UAE business development or sales experience.
• Fluency in English and Arabic (must).
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, energetic and highly organized personality.
