About the role
Concentrix is seeking a bilingual Customer Service Advisor to join its on‑site team in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on providing medical‑related support to customers in both Arabic and English, ensuring a seamless experience across multiple communication channels.
Key responsibilities
- Review and respond to customer inquiries, tailoring solutions to individual needs.
- Deliver support via phone, email, chat or social media according to client requirements.
- Resolve routine issues related to the client’s products or services.
- Develop technical proficiency with the company’s software tools.
- Promote positive brand experiences for customers and clients.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in any relevant field.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (bilingual).
- Proactive, self‑motivated and eager to learn.
- Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
