Bilingual Sales Specialist (Bulgarian/English)

About the role

Join The Collecting Group’s fast‑growing team that is redefining the auction market for cars and watches. As a bilingual Sales Specialist you will build and maintain relationships with sellers and collectors worldwide, driving revenue and supporting product development.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact throughout the auction process, managing pre‑sale to post‑sale activities.
• Develop and nurture client relationships to generate repeat business.
• Research collectible car values, analyse market trends and set competitive reserves.
• Oversee the full consignment workflow, including photography coordination.
• Expand the network by identifying new business opportunities.
• Use Salesforce to track consignments and maintain accurate customer data.
• Represent the brand at external events to raise awareness.
• Collaborate with the wider Collecting Group team to support overall success.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting revenue targets.
• Proactive, self‑motivated and able to take initiative.
• Open‑minded, inquisitive and adaptable to a dynamic environment.
• Strong negotiation skills with a customer‑first mindset.
