BIM Architect

About the role

We are expanding our high‑end residential design team in Dubai and need a BIM Architect with strong Revit expertise. You will work across technical and delivery stages, ensuring accurate digital models support construction and coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Produce accurate, detailed Revit models for high‑end residential projects.
• Develop and manage BIM models through technical and construction phases.
• Create coordinated architectural drawings and construction documentation.
• Coordinate models with consultants and other disciplines.
• Identify and resolve design clashes and coordination issues.
• Maintain BIM standards, templates, and model accuracy.
• Support the wider architectural team with technical and Revit‑related matters.

Required profile

• Architecture or architectural technology background.
• Expert‑level Revit modelling skills.
• Strong understanding of technical detailing and construction documentation.
• Experience on complex architectural projects, preferably high‑end residential.
• Ability to work accurately and efficiently within a growing team.
