BIM Architect Residential

About the role

We are seeking an experienced BIM Architect to join our established design studio in Dubai, focusing on residential and private residential projects. This hands‑on role requires strong architectural knowledge and expert‑level Revit capability.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed Revit/BIM models for residential projects.
• Produce coordinated architectural and technical drawing packages.
• Coordinate architectural models with structural, MEP and other consultant information.
• Identify and resolve clashes, technical issues and coordination discrepancies.
• Maintain model accuracy, drawing standards and BIM protocols throughout design development to construction documentation.

Required profile

• Strong residential architecture experience.
• Expert‑level Revit and BIM capability.
• Previous experience as a BIM Architect, Architectural BIM Specialist or technically focused architect.
• Deep understanding of residential detailing, construction and technical documentation.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary consultant information.
