BIM Coordinator – Interior Design

About the role

We are looking for a BIM Coordinator to join an established interior design studio in Dubai, supporting the delivery and coordination of projects across commercial, residential, hospitality, retail and F&B sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate Revit/BIM models across interior design projects.
• Support project teams with BIM setup, standards and workflows.
• Coordinate interior design models with architectural, MEP and other consultant information.
• Identify and resolve clashes and coordination issues.
• Maintain model accuracy and drawing consistency.
• Support the production of technical drawing packages.
• Ensure BIM standards and project protocols are followed.
• Assist design teams with Revit and BIM‑related technical issues.
• Coordinate project information across internal and external teams.

Required profile

• Previous BIM/Revit experience within interior design or architecture.
• Strong Revit capability.
• Good understanding of technical drawings and project coordination.
• Experience coordinating with consultants and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple project requirements.
• Good communication skills.
