About the role
The BIM Coordinator will develop and maintain coordinated MEP and BMS models using Revit and related BIM tools. You will ensure model accuracy, manage revisions and support clash detection across disciplines.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and update coordinated MEP and BMS models in Revit.
- Conduct clash detection and resolve coordination issues with other disciplines.
- Produce model‑based shop drawings, layouts and schedules in line with project BIM requirements.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP, BMS or electromechanical fields.
- UAE project experience is preferred.
