About the role
CSCEC ME is recruiting BIM Managers to join our technical team for newly awarded high‑rise tower projects in Dubai.
Key responsibilities
- Receive and manage multiple subcontractor models and coordinate BIM reporting on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Create BIM execution plans, develop models from LOD 250 to LOD 500 and hand over to FM.
- Maintain and analyze federated models for coordination, clash detection and conflict communication.
- Schedule and facilitate coordination meetings with technical, construction and subcontractor teams.
- Compile BIM close‑out documentation and support construction coordination and scheduling.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
- 10+ years of relevant experience in building projects.
Required skills
- Proficiency in BIM processes, 4D and 5D modeling.
- Experience with clash detection and federated model coordination.
- Ability to develop BIM execution plans and manage LOD progression.
