About the role
GEMS Education is seeking a passionate Secondary Biology Teacher to join its world‑class school in Dubai. The successful candidate will create an engaging, inspiring learning environment and deliver a dynamic curriculum to motivated students.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver innovative Biology lessons aligned with current pedagogical practices.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with department colleagues and across phases to enhance the curriculum.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biology or a related field.
- Qualified teaching certification (B.Ed. or equivalent).
- Commitment to the school’s vision, mission and values.
- Enthusiastic, creative approach both in and out of the classroom.
Required skills
- Excellent IT proficiency for classroom integration.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good command of English.
