Boutique Manager – Luxury Retail (Abu Dhabi)

About the role

The Boutique Manager will lead Damiani's Abu Dhabi boutique, ensuring outstanding commercial performance while delivering a memorable luxury client experience. As the brand ambassador, you will inspire a multicultural team and uphold the heritage of Italian craftsmanship.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the boutique to meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets, monitoring KPIs such as sales, conversion rate, ATV, UPT, CRM performance and client retention.
• Deliver personalized luxury shopping experiences, build long‑term relationships with high‑net‑worth and VIP clients, and manage clienteling activities through CRM, private appointments and boutique events.
• Recruit, coach and develop a high‑performing team, conduct performance reviews, set objectives and ensure continuous product knowledge.
• Oversee daily boutique operations, including inventory management, stock accuracy, loss prevention and visual merchandising standards.
• Coordinate with head office and regional management on performance, operational needs and commercial initiatives while ensuring compliance with health, safety and security policies.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing a luxury retail boutique or high‑end store.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent client relationship management skills, especially with HNW and VIP clientele.
• Leadership ability to recruit, motivate and develop a multicultural team.
• Attention to detail in visual merchandising and operational excellence.
