Branch Manager (UAE Nationals Only) - Digital Banking

About the role

Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (ADCB) is hiring a Branch Manager for its Digital Banking unit, open only to UAE nationals. The role covers managing digital branch operations, customer experience and the team, and reporting on performance. The bank describes itself as nurturing a diverse, inclusive community.

Key responsibilities

• Manage digital branch operations to ensure consistent service delivery, efficiency and adherence to approved processes and service standards.
• Oversee customer journeys and digital touchpoints, resolving issues quickly and improving the customer experience.
• Lead and coach the digital banking team, supporting performance management and capability development.
• Handle complex or escalated customer issues by coordinating with relevant teams.
• Drive initiatives that increase customer adoption and use of digital banking services.
• Monitor operational and service performance metrics and prepare reports for management review.
• Apply the bank's service standards in all internal and external customer interactions.

Required profile

• At least 6 years of experience in digital banking, branch operations, customer service or banking operations.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Banking, Finance, Information Systems or a related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of digital banking platforms and service models.
• People management and team leadership skills.
• Ability to analyse service performance and customer data.

Required skills

• Knowledge of banking products, digital banking processes and operational controls.
• Understanding of customer experience management and service quality frameworks.
• Strong communication, coordination and reporting skills.
